At DarCash, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Certain items, such as opened trading card products, digital products, gift cards, and clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your order.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, DarCash will provide instructions for resolving the issue.

For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened Pokémon trading card packs, booster boxes, or sealed collectible products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products returned outside the return period

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your full name
  • A brief description of the reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
