All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified if there are significant delays.

- International (if available): 7–20 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to selected regions. Some products may not be available for international shipping due to carrier restrictions or supplier limitations.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
