Installation Step 1:
Slide the spit rod through one of the discs.
Installation Step 2:
- Secure it by tightening the thumb screw.
- Screws must touch a flat surface on the spit rod.
Installation Step 3:
- Evenly load food on the spit rod.
- Then slide the spit rod through the other disc, tighten the other thumb screw.
